Refunds

Tax Consultancy

If you are not satisfied with our tax consultancy services, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation. We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial or full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

ITR Filing and GSTR Filing

Refunds for ITR and GSTR filing services are only available if:

The service has not been initiated.
You cancel the service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the filing process has begun, refunds will not be issued. If there are issues with the filing due to errors on our part, we will correct them at no additional cost.

EPF & ESIC Registration, BOCW Registration

Refunds for EPF & ESIC and BOCW registration services are available if:

The service has not been initiated.
You cancel the service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the registration process has begun, refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation

To cancel a service, please contact our customer service team at expert@taxxcelerate.com with your order details. Cancellations must be requested within the specified time frame for each service.
